We use a unique approach to evaluating your pack – often the most identifiable symbol of your brand. Our PackQuest approach is based on the latest thinking about consumer behaviour to answer five key questions:
- How well does your pack stand out amongst the clutter?
- Does it differentiate your brand from the competition?
- Does it communicate the product truths?
- Does it enhance emotional engagement with your brand?
- Have you maintained your pack equity and consumer brand cues?
We use a range of qualitative and quantitative techniques including our Metaphorix® tool to uncover subconscious emotional response to packs and pull apart great designs from merely good.
