Melanie joined Conquest in 1999 and has more than 10 years' experience in Market Research. At Conquest Melanie works closely with clients throughout the NPD process from concept screening through to post-launch evaluation. Melanie also manages ongoing brand health and customer experience studies that provide action-orientated guidance for brand development.
