Associate Director
What’s this role about?
As an Associate Director you will lead and manage a small team of researchers and be responsible for managing and pro-actively developing a number of key accounts, enabling them to grow and flourish. You will also make an active contribution to the company’s management team.
You will need to draw on your research experience to design bespoke, intelligent research and deliver clear, actionable presentations.
You will also be expected to get involved in internal company initiatives and contributing to innovation projects which help to drive our business forward.
Account Manager
What’s this role about?
In this role you will be part of an account team and working closely with an Associate Director / Research Director to manage a small number of client accounts. You will have responsibility for the day-to-day handling of accounts and for building strong relationships with those clients. You will need to draw on your research experience to design bespoke, intelligent research and deliver clear, actionable presentations.
This role will require that you be responsible for managing, coaching and developing more junior members of staff.
There is opportunity to be involved in internal company initiatives and contributing to innovation projects which help to drive our business forward.
Senior Research Executive
What’s this role about?
Our SREs work closely within account teams, reporting to an AD or above. You will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of both ad hoc and continuous projects for a number of accounts, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality service, best research analyises and solutions. The role is client facing and gives you the opportunity to build strong client relationships.
There may be opportunity for you to be involved in internal company initiatives and contributing to innovation projects which help to drive our business forward.
